Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Need to cancel or reschedule before your appointment time?

48+ hours before no charge

24-48 hours before $50 fee

0-24 hours before Full fee is due

We require 48 hours notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $50. Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to the cost of the visit.​ This fee is not covered by insurance. Cancellation or rescheduling requests for reasons of hospitalization of parent or baby will be eligible for a one-time fee waiver. There is no refund for a client no-show. Three no-shows, cancellation or rescheduling requests will result in discharge from care.

We understand life on baby-time. Our services are in high demand, and missed appointments mean that someone else could have had that slot but didn’t get help. Please reach out to us as soon as you think you might not be able to make your appointment time, so we have the best chance of moving your appointment with little/no cost to you and give someone else that opportunity.

Changes To These Policies

We may update these policies from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on the Site. You are advised to review these Policies periodically for any changes.
