Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

We understand life on baby-time. And, our services are in high demand! Missed appointments mean that someone else could have gotten support. Please reach out to us ASAP if you're unable to keep your appointment time.

Here's our fee schedule for cancellations/reschedule requests:

48+ hours notice: 100% refund

24-48 hours notice: $50 fee*

0-24 hours notice: 0% refund*

Note: Fees & missed visits are not covered by insurance. We keep a payment card on file for all patients to cover these fees if necessary.

*If you're cancelling or rescheduling because you or baby is hospitalized, we'll grant a one-time fee waiver.

Changes To These Policies

We may update these policies from time to time. We'll notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on our site. Please review these policies periodically.
