Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so here.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with:

• 48 or more hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
• 24 to 48 hours’ notice: A $50 fee applies.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full appointment fee ($150 telehealth / $375 in-home NYC / $200 in-home VA)

If you or your baby ends up in the hospital, let us know and we’ll waive the fee one time. Cancellation and missed appointment fees are not covered by insurance. Any applicable fee will be charged to the card on file after the appointment time.
