How to Get a Home Visit with Francie Webb
Francie sees patients for home visits in the Richmond, VA area Monday thru Friday, 9 am-5 pm.
Depending on your location & urgency, home visits are booked approx 1-14 days out.
There's a travel fee for Francie to come to your home. It's $5/mile, & we'll invoice you for the appropriate amount within 2 business days of your visit request. The travel fee is due upon receipt.
If you'd like to avoid the travel fee, you can come to Francie's home (zip code 23238). We'll send the address with your appointment confirmation.

First, submit the request form & pay for your visit. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with your appointment time. Easy peasy!

If you have Cigna, you'll pay $0 + travel fees for your home visit.
If you have one of the insurance providers pictured (click to enlarge), you're likely to get home visits from us for $0. To confirm, you'll need to submit a request through The Lactation Network (TLN). Typically, we'll both hear back in 1-5 business days.
Don't want to wait? We don't blame you! You can self-pay & book your visit, then submit the TLN form. It's $200 + travel fee (invoiced, if applicable). If you're approved, we'll reimburse you approximately 2 weeks after your visit.
Have insurance not listed above?
No problem! Simply pay $200 + travel fee (invoiced, if applicable) & we'll bill your insurance on the back end.
If your insurance covers any or all of your visit, you’ll be reimbursed up to what you paid less a $30 billing fee. (The billing process usually takes 30-45 days.)
What if I'm not available during the time I'm assigned?!
No worries! We've got your back - and your boobs!
1st, you'll be able to list days/times you're not available right on the request form.
2nd, you should have plenty of time to reschedule according to our policy. So make sure to let us know right away if there's an issue!
