Rachael Sisk, IBCLC, is a board-certified lactation consultant, childbirth educator, and maternal-infant health professional who has supported families since 2017. She became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2023 and is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of the Cumberlands, with plans to pursue a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Her clinical interests include low milk supply, infant oral function, tethered oral tissues, maternal mental health, and holistic maternal-infant wellness. Rachael has completed advanced training in oral function assessment, infant reflexology and massage, the TummyTime!™ Method, holistic lactation care, and perinatal mental health.
Rachael believes symptoms are often messengers that can guide deeper understanding. She combines evidence-based care with a holistic approach, focusing on the unique needs of both parent and baby to identify root causes, create practical solutions, and help families feel supported and empowered in their feeding journey.
Known for her warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach, Rachael creates a safe space where families can ask questions, explore options, and build confidence.
Outside of her professional work, Rachael is a wife, mother of four, aspiring author, and lifelong learner with a passion for maternal wellness, psychology, and helping families thrive. She believes every family deserves individualized care that honors both the science and humanity of the parenting experience.
